Description
Reworks the HID event pages to our current event docs structure.
Motivation
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/HID/onconnect and
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/HID/onconnect don't load compat tables.
Related issues and pull requests
mdn/browser-compat-data#15154 updated the BCD structure but no corresponding content PR happened.
