feat(dashboard,js-sdk,types): Update app layout, and add user sdk methods

What

• Updates app layout (sidebar and topbar)
• Adds "System" option to theme toggle (we now default to system)
• Adds sdk methods for user endpoints (RESOLVES CC-67)
