feat(core-flows,dashboard,medusa): fixes set of tiny bugs in claims flow

• fixes bug that prevented shipping option from being updated
• implements confirm claim
• fixes bug where return_id isn't found to update shipping options
• splits inbound and outbound shipping
• fixes bug with return_quantity not being found
• updates e2e tests with fixed bugs
