…h for the package version is in one location, the package __init__. The setup script points to the __version__ in the package init so you don't have to update it in many places

Hey @shiyuechengineer , I noticed the version in setup.py did not match what was in pypi. I went ahead and refactored the version information to be easier to maintain. Let me know if you have any questions.
