In this branch, I am merging
mainintoberkeley. My main motivation is so that a change occurs in theberkeleybranch, which I expect to trigger a workflow that builds and publishes some container images from theberkeleybranch; and then updates some workloads on Spin to run them.Note: The fact that the code changes in the commits here happen to be in a GHA workflow file is just a coincidence.
