data portal dev missing kegg orthology and module term names

in data portal dev the search kegg orthology term names are missing, the same is true for KEGG module names. This means it doesn't show when searching by the term ID and also that you can't search by the term name or part of the term name. This is not the current behavior on prod.

@naglepuff was something else needed here? @pkalita-lbl said the ingest finished about 30 minutes ago but i still don't see the term names in dev. I tried a refreshed window in chrome, incognito in chrome and safari.

This was resolved in dev by the ingest over the weekend.
