Description

Update fluid-tools/benchmark package version used by experimental tree.

Testing

Run perf or perf:measure in experimental tree to test perf mode and the reporter (I checked this manually).
Normal unit tests also include correctness mode for perf tests, so CI testing covers this somewhat as well.
