Just as title says, the parameter WhoCanRegister is not yet supported on the TeamsMeetingPolicy resource.

Based on official documentation, this parameter is reserved for Microsoft's internal use and therefore should not be exposed through DSC.

Hi, This documentation page indeed seems incomplete and misleading. However, I can assure you that this particular parameter is not really reserved for internal use. As described here, https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/set-up-webinars, we used it in our company to control who can register to webinars hosted in our tenant. Thanks !
