Details of the scenario you tried and the problem that is occurring

The data types for the properties/parameters "passwordBlockSimple" and "passwordSignInFailureCountBeforeFactoryReset" are both declared differently in the psm1 module file and it's corresponding mof file.

Property Datatype mof Datatype psm1
passwordBlockSimple Uint64 Boolean
passwordSignInFailureCountBeforeFactoryReset Boolean Uint64

Verbose logs showing the problem

Error converting the value of property "passwordBlockSimple" from type "BOOLEAN" to type "UINT64"

Error converting the value of property "passwordSignInFailureCountBeforeFactoryReset" from type "SINT64" to type "BOOLEAN"

Suggested solution to the issue

Change data types in mof-file:

  • passwordBlockSimple -> Boolean
  • PasswordSignInFailureCountBeforeFactoryReset -> Uint64
