Description of the new feature / enhancement

scroll mouse wheel up and down to change desktop to desktop such as this:
Windows 10 Virtual Desktop Enhancer
https://github.com/sdias/win-10-virtual-desktop-enhancer

I've been using this program for quite a long time just for this feature, seems like there's no other program can do that.
It's actuallly an autohotkey app. The first feature in its settings.ini file is Taskbarscrollswitching. What it does is to allow changing desktop when scrolling the mouse wheel up and down when mouse cursor in hover on the taskbar area (anywhere on taskbar area, regardless there's an opened program running or not). It's neat as you don't accidentally scrool to another desktop, unless you hover the mouse cursor above the taskbar area.

[General]
DefaultDesktop=1
TaskbarScrollSwitching=1

UseNativePrevNextDesktopSwitchingIfConflicting=1
DesktopWrapping=0

This app is no more under development. Please implement this feature into PowerToys.

This app also allows to label desktop. For ex, Desktop 1 = Works, Desktop 2 = Study, Desktop 3 = Entertainment, etc.
When switching to each desktop, its label will briefly appear. Please bring this to PowerToys as well.

Thank you!.

Scenario when this would be used?

It will encourage people to use multiple desktops with fast switching, it'd improve workflow and productivity.

This is not a Windows issues/bugs. And I don't think MS would implement this feature, so I would suggest to add it in PowerToys as an enhancement.
