Expected behavior

Image Resizer should be able to open one window at the same time.

Actual behavior

Image Resizer can be opened more than one window. It is not necessary.

Personally I do not agree that it should only open one instance at a time.
The problem is that if you have two (or more) open, you cannot see which window is connected to which files. But this will be solved when v2 #1053 will be finished.

There hasn't been a significant request for this change, also we are not considering more UI changes to the current UI until we move to WinUI 3.0 and a full redesign of the UX.
