Microsoft PowerToys version

0.70.0 and 0.70.1

Installation method

PowerToys auto-update, Microsoft Store

Running as admin

No

Area(s) with issue?

General

Steps to reproduce

It happens randomly, without even using powertoys. Most of the time at boot

✔️ Expected Behavior

No random error message

❌ Actual Behavior

Tools i am using are still working though. It's just an annoying pop-up

Additional info:
it popuped again when I unplugged my secondary monitor.
It popuped again (several times in a row) when I reconnected to my vpn
