Description of the new feature / enhancement

I have mouse with multi function button, I want to set hotkey to it the same with Keyboard Manager.
I'm using Logitech mouse Hub, but it's not convenient and friendly like Power Toys.
Thank you so much.

Scenario when this would be used?

Set hotkey to the app. Ex: when I press the button It will set "Ctrl + Z" or "Close the browser tab".

It is a good idea, just already captured by some other users. Check out this list of common issues. If you have more ideas, then you can see if anyone else has already suggested it and +👍 their issue.
