Unit Conversion Request for Screen Ruler Tool

Description of the new feature / enhancement

In the screen ruler tool, the default displayed measurement result is pixels. If possible, it is recommended to add a unit conversion option that converts pixels to other length units, such as millimeters. This conversion ratio can be specified by the user themselves, so there is no need for the user to convert other length units to pixels.

Scenario when this would be used?

In my work, millimeters are a commonly used unit, while the measurement result of screen rulers is pixels. I have to convert pixels to millimeters or millimeters to pixels every time in order to compare. Although this unit conversion is simple, repeated conversions still bring inconvenience to work.
