Description of the new feature / enhancement

Adding ability to do conversion between pixels and a unit of measure (e.g. instead of showing 110 pixels on screen showing 24 inches)

Scenario when this would be used?

When looking at drawing or PDF or image instead of manually writing out and converting between a known dimension and pixel count, having the tool do the conversion automatically in the tool.
