Toggle selected text to upper/lower case

Description of the new feature / enhancement

It could have a feature to toggle selected text between uppercase/lowercase anywhere that allows text editing.

Scenario when this would be used?

I have come across several situations where I need to convert the entire text, or part of it, to lowercase or uppercase, either for technical reasons or to highlight some words. Currently I have to resort to a text editor to do this, it would be nice if I could do this anywhere with PowerToys.
