Keyboard Manager: Alt+Tab / Win + Tab remap doesn't work

Environment

Windows build number: 18363.836
PowerToys version: 0.18.1
PowerToy module for which you are reporting the bug (if applicable): Keyboard Manager

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Keyboard Manager settings
2. Click [Remap a shourcut]
3. Shortcut: [Alt (Left)] + [Tab]
   Mapped to: [Alt (Right)] + [Delete]
4. Click OK

Expected behavior

Task switcher should be opened by using [Alt (Right)] + [Delete].

Actual behavior

Nothing changes.

I did try using different shortcuts but it didn't work at all. For some reason [Alt]+[Tab] it's unable to be remapped.

Same happens with [Ctrl]+[Alt]+[Tab] and [Win]+[Tab].

@AlexMnrs I think you've got the direction wrong, it should be Shortcut: Alt (Right) + Del, Mapped to: Alt + Tab, if you want to press Alt+Del to open task switcher.
With Alt+Tab we do we have a bug currently (#3331 ) which affects remaps mapped to Alt+Tab, Win+Space which we will fix in the next release, but Ctrl+Alt+Tab and Win+Tab should work fine.
