Remapping issues with Alt Tab

PowerToys version: v0.18.1
PowerToy module for which you are reporting the bug (if applicable): Keyboard Manager

Steps to reproduce

Use Alt-Left + Tab as shortcut, Alt + Tab as Mapped to

Expected behavior

Pressing Alt(Left) + Tab should present open windows and be able to switch through them flawlessly as long as Alt is on press using Tab key.

Actual behavior

Almost Immediately switches to next window abruptly, without previews even when Alt is on hold.
