The steps for attaching a debugger for a TypeScript language service have changed slightly since the docs were last updated. This commit changes the no-longer-existent `--user-data-dir` option for the newer `--profile`. This commit also adds instructions for attaching a debugger when VS Code runs in a remote host like WSL (figured out by reviewing the implementation in https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/blob/a83b5818f35ffa35a089a189a84bb2d62ceea81c/extensions/typescript-language-features/src/tsServer/serverProcess.electron.ts#L183-L189)
