Description: Made in accordance with #711.
Changes:
releases/3.xbranch is merged to master, conflicts are resolved and version is bumped.Since most of the pipeline tasks are running
3.0.6-preview.xversion and no issues were found related to the task-lib update it was decided to release a stable 3.x version.Please consider the difference between this branch and releases/3.x.
