## Details

Modifies existing ChefBot sample to display streaming.

Requirements:
- use `default` augmentation
- use a model that support streaming
- in index.ts, update `OpenAIModel` declaration to configure `stream:
true`
- in index.ts, set informative message in `ActionPlanner` declaration
via `startStreamingMessage`
