This will add handling when we have a network failure.
Occurs when the ADO Connection itself goes down and not return any status code.
The following network errors will be retried
'ECONNRESET', 'ENOTFOUND', 'ESOCKETTIMEDOUT', 'ETIMEDOUT', 'ECONNREFUSED'
