README.md link https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-codicons/blob/main/dist/codicon.css to file codicon.css is broken.

Context: we were using codicon.css and codicon.ttf files for IconFontCppHeaders.

Thanks for reporting! Fixed in PR #247.

It may be a good idea to refer to the files on the Releases page instead of the website to ensure stability.

Thanks. The release files are not convenient for IconFontCppHeaders.
