Codicons files cannot be generated as files codicon.css and codicon.ttf can no longer be found at https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-codicons/blob/main/dist/codicon.css and https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-codicons/blob/main/dist/codicon.ttf

Workaround: use https://microsoft.github.io/vscode-codicons/dist/codicon.css and https://microsoft.github.io/vscode-codicons/dist/codicon.ttf

Another workaround is to download the Releases files, unzip, the codicon.css and codicon.ttf are in the dist folder.
