Description & repro

If I have the following .vscode/settings.json in my workspace:

{
    "[typescript][javascript]": {
        "editor.insertSpaces": false,
        "editor.defaultFormatter": "vscode.typescript-language-features",
    }
}

when I invoke "Format Document With..." command, I see "prettier" as my default formatter.

If I remove [javascript] from the key, the command shows tsfmt as the default as expected.
