Only check NFO if we have no sqlResult but have a file. Only check TVDB when we have a file and checked NFO and found no result

specifyEpisode is always using tvdb, even if a result is found in the database.
When doing the nightly updates the tvdb is already used as input,
but specifyepisode uses a new tvdb instance to check for every episode also
and slows show updates down.
