mina init overrides config/deploy.rb #634

I cloned one of my projects and when it comes to the deployment I edited config/deploy.rb ran mina init instead of mina init. mina init is then overriding config/deploy.rb without any warnings. I suggest to ask if the existing config/deploy.rb should be overriden when run mina init.
