If the -wd (wind direction, e.g -wd NW) option is provided, the tracks will be analyzed and split into relatively "straight" moving, turning and static segments.
The analysis is performed using parameters suitable for sail racing gps tracks. The wind direction value is currently ignored, the plan is to perform further segment classification based on it (upwind/downind, tack, gybe, bear away, round up, ...) will follow soon.
