Suggested revision and reasons
The term "cholelithiasis" refers to the presence of calculi in the gallbladder (= cholecystolithiasis) resp. in the common bile duct (= choledocholithiasis). Less commonly, stones can also be found in the intrahepatic biliary tree, termed primary hepatolithiasis, see --> https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK441961/.

It might be sensible to add the two classes MONDO:0006698 cholecystolithiasis and MONDO:0006699 choledocholithiasis as subclasses to MONDO:0012672 cholelithiasis.

Furthermore, cholelithiasis is not a disorder of the urinary bladder (MONDO:0006026), but of the biliary tract (--> please correct this). Therefore the correct parent is MONDO:0004868 biliary tract disorder from my point of view.

The biliary tract includes the gallbladder and bile ducts inside and outside the liver, see --> https://www.cancer.gov/publications/dictionaries/cancer-terms/def/biliary-tract. Therefore MONDO:0005281 gallbladder disorder should be child of MONDO:0004868 biliary tract disorder and not of MONDO:0002515 hepatobiliary disorder. Please check this.
