Overlapping issues on mobile for both free and premium users

Browsers tested on:
Firefox, latest release

Preconditions:
The user has both a free account and a premium account.
There are some masks already in the list.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Relay homepage and log in using a free account.
2. Expand a mask card.
3. Put the mask status on None or All.
4. Tap on the Hamburger menu in the upper right hand corner.
5. Observe the expanded menu.

Actual result:
The purple circles for None/ All statuses overlaps the account menu.

Expected result:
There is no overlapping.

Notes:
Same issue occurs for a premium user but here the purple circles overlap the Help&Tips prompt.
