Link text on “Get the extension for Firefox” and “Buy Mozilla Privacy Pack” cards is barely visible

Preconditions:
Relay extension is not installed.
No upgrade to MPP.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to https://stage.fxprivaterelay.nonprod.cloudops.mozgcp.net and log in using an existing account.
2. Click on “Get the extension for Firefox” link and then go back to Firefox Relay tab.
3. Click on “Upgrade to Mozilla Privacy Pack now!” link and then go back to Firefox Relay tab.

Actual result:
The links text is barely visible. Only if you hover over it it’s visible.

Expected result:
The links text is visible.
