On mobile, long emails cause layout/display issues in the account drop down menu

Browsers tested on:

• Firefox, latest version;

Prerequisites:

• Have a very long email address with which to log into the Firefox Relay;

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://stage.fxprivaterelay.nonprod.cloudops.mozgcp.net/accounts/profile/ ;
2. Click on the account button in the right side of the page header;
3. Observe the menu;

Expected result:

• The menu is displayed without layout/display issues;

Actual result:

• The menu presents layout/display issues because of the long email, exiting the screen and not being visible;

Notes:

• The menu cannot be dragged to see the “Sign Out” button;
• This is reproducible on Windows 10 as well, but it doesn’t actually cause problems as the menu is still visible on the screen;
• Maybe applying the same truncation as it was done on #949 could fix the problem;

Verified this issue on stage, Android 9. The long email address doesn't cause layout/display issues anymore.
