[Experiment details] Android and iOS experiment details pages are not alike

[Affected versions]:

• Firefox 64.0.1 (Android)
• Firefox 14.0 (iOS)

[Affected Platforms]:

• iOS 12.0.1
• Android 7.0

[Prerequisites]:

• Latest Firefox browser version was installed on the mobile device.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Start the Firefox app on both the Android and iOS device and navigate to https://testpilot.firefox.com page.
2. After redirected, swipe down and tap on an available experiment (eg: Side View).
3. Observe the elements displayed for "Experiment details" page on both mobile platforms.

[Expected result]:

• Both platforms have the same items displayed since there is no difference in implementation of the website between the platforms.

[Actual result]:

• On iOS the old page design with big header and messages is wrongly displayed.
• On Android, the new design with only Firefox logo + "Firefox Test Pilot" string displayed on header. However, the "Terms & Privacy" message is wrongly displayed as if you could install the Desktop only app on the mobile device.
