Update the deepmind log used in unit testing with new BLS_PRIMITIVES protocol feature. This was an automated update with
--save-dmlog; I eyeballed a little bit and didn't see anything alarming -- most of the changes are trickle down due to the block hash changing from new activation transaction included early on.Will allow unit tests to complete successfully.
