The Chromium Embedded Framework for a stand alone

Using cef we can turn pointR into a standalone. A shell script together with cef as the browser works nicely. For linux, mac, this should not be too hard, however I will need to include a cef binary. Windows is problematic, since I have not access to a windows box. Docker may be desirable, if it is to be completely self-contained.
