No Favicon and no logo,
It would be better to have it inside the interface.

Add real favicon handling

This commit replaces the `notFound` handler with a `faviconHandler` that
serves a static favicon from `static/images/favicon.ico`.

This favicon is larger than 16x16 and is a png; any modern browser
should handle it with no issues - Chromium 117/118 are fine.

A scaled `.png` is included alongside the .ico for editability, while
the source image is under `./assets`.

The default favicon is a stylised clipboard being dropped into a bucket - it
seems appropriate!
