pylyzer makes every import as error

I run pylyzer in an activated poetry environment. It even marks packages form the standard library as errors.

Same issue here. Even inbuilt modules such as os, sys, platform are being reported as missing. Used pylyzer as server.

I am using Arch (btw) with the latest updates installed.
Using stable Helix editor with pylyzer 0.0.73 (installed via uv), pylyzer is configured in languages.toml with:

command = "pylyzer"
args = ["--server"]

name = "python"
language-servers = ["pylyzer", "ruff"]
roots = ["uv.lock", ".venv/"]

I tried with and without roots and/or ruff.

In all my scripts, I get:

• module <module_name> not found
  similar name python module exists: <same_module_name>
  hint: to import python modules, use pyimport (not import)
  (E2782)

  for all system modules;

• module <module_name> not found
  (E2782)

  for modules installed via uv;

• and no errors for local modules.

Same issue on Debian bookworm with a virtual environment. It's very annoying.
