Changes

  • Added new environment variable NEXT_PUBLIC_URL for sharing functionality
  • Added configurable Projects page navigation link via NEXT_PUBLIC_SHOW_PROJECTS_PAGE
  • Simplified timeline display by removing date/time information
  • Enhanced project sharing functionality with proper social media integration
  • Added sample project content with 10 detailed environmental projects
  • Improved dummy data handling for project details and listings

Technical Details

  • Updated .env.example with new configuration options
  • Modified Navigation component to conditionally show Projects link
  • Simplified RoundPhase and HomepageIntro components
  • Updated project sharing logic to use configured base URL
  • Added structured sample data in applications.json
  • Fixed project details display logic for dummy data mode
