Improvements

• Markdown and R Markdown formats now support metadata (Maintain cell metadata for RISE #66, Optional arguments in R magic are lost in translation #111, markdown -> notebook bug: md code blocks with consecutive newlines #188)
• The light format for Scripts can use custom cell markers, e.g. Vim or VScode/PyCharm folding markers (Can Jupytext parse scripts with VIM folding markers? #199)
• Pandoc's Markdown format for Jupyter notebooks is available in Jupytext as md:pandoc (Pandoc format for Jupyter notebook #208)

BugFixes

• Jupytext's contents manager is now based on LargeFileManager to allow large file uploads (Inherit from LargeFileManager instead of FileContentsManager #210)
• YAML header parsed with yaml.safe_load rather than yaml.load
• IPython line magic can be split across lines (IPython line magic can be split across lines #209)
