This work is insipred by 'Create event bot' (https://github.com/lukaville/create-event-bot) written by lukaville
The config file config.yml contains:
- environment (actually not used)
- telegram bot token
- detail of 'permission' on actions
/create init the event creation process. The bot will ask you title, description, date and location
Inline @<botname> command will popup a list of events to publish in the current channel
