Replace twitter with mastodon and bluesky in documentation (#553)

# Description

As twitter/X does not allow browsing post without logging it, this PR
replaces all mentions with mastodon and bluesky.

This PR does not remove the link from the footer. It looks like we need
to edit our template for this.
