This Hugo installation should be in "C:\Hugo."

For the sake of clarity: My own version of this installation was in "D:\Hugo,"
but the drive should not matter that much. If it does then I will change it

TO INSTALL HUGO:
https://gohugo.io/getting-started/installing/#windows

TO RUN HUGO:
-Put bin in C:\Hugo
-navigate to C:\Hugo\bin\project2.com
-in command prompt run "hugo new site project2.com"
-in command prompt run "hugo server"
