- removed double quotes from _DEFINE and _MATCH for Serpento (conform to RFC)
- use _unline() instead of chomp() to remove CRLF at end of line (conform to RFC)
- cache the results of dbs() and strategies()
- removed autoflush(1), which is default in IO::Socket

Synced my version of Net::Dict into the master branch.
The original is production at my servers for a long time.
But as this merge into the code isn't tested, be careful to release it without testing.
I will add tests and documentation, but will now be away for two weeks.
