副作用的に #48 も解決した。
Doneの定義
変更点概要
tailwindcssを2.0系にバージョンアップ、2.0系はPostCSS8系が必須だったので、同時にPostCSSのバージョンアップを行った。よって #48 も同時に解決する事になった。
補足情報
#48 の本文に書いてあるエラーだが今回は発生しなかった。
（前回エラーになった原因は結局分からずに終わりそう・・・）
