Layout theme fixes

Fixed a lot of layout bugs, most of which were invisible text on light backgrounds. Also rebuilt the "About" screen styling, among other small color fixes on different screens.

Great work! I will have to do an in depth review, but your screenshots look good. Though i might request changes to the green text color, but first let me review it on the weekend!

I wanted to change as little code as possible and not interfere with the styles as much. Most changes simply apply different predefined styles to objects to visually match the layout. Feel free to edit it as you like!
