Unicode special characters (Zalgo) in a note breaks the entire Notes app

Specifically, Unicode special characters placed in the beginning of a note, such that they appear in the note's filename, causes the notes app to crash and Nextcloud will refuse to load the Notes folder anymore.

To reproduce, create a note with this text:

A̖̙͟l̘͞e̡̞͕̩̗x̞̗̹͔ͅa̳̺͕̻ǹ͙̺͓̼͇ḍ͖̩͇̦̖ͅe͖͔̼͉̠̺r̸͉̹

Everything will break.

EDIT: Renaming the file on the filesystem fixed this error. Also, this same issue doesn't occur when you create a new file within Nextcloud the normal way and paste the above text as the filename.

Does this issue still appears in the latest version of the notes app (2.4.0)?

I've tested your example string and there were no problems.

If you have still any problems please provide more information about your Nextcloud installation, i.e. version, database type and version, file back end, file system, ...
