[Bug]: Global search barely usable on mobile

Bug description

Global search (introduced with NC 28) does not scale on mobile devices. Modal is only partly visible. Thus, some actions/buttons are cannot be used. Even worse, once you realize that you cannot use the function, you cannot close the modal because the close button is not accessible too.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open nextcloud on a mobile device (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra)
2. Open global search

Expected behavior

Global search modal is fully visible and all actions/buttons can be used.
