Description of feature

--min_mapped_reads is currently set to an integer which means the lowest possible value is 1. In rare cases, it would be nice to manually set to a value below 1. For example if only 0.5% of the reads are mappable. Slack

This was fixed in #813 @royfrancis. Be great if you can test with nextflow run nf-core/rnaseq <YOUR_PARAMETERS> -r dev to confirm.
