Adds ng-add to @ngrx/schematics

I'm actually not sure how to test this... ng add doesn't appear to like relative paths...

Related to #920 (not sure if it closes it)

Coverage remained the same at 93.118% when pulling 093e30b on martzcodes:ng-add-schematic into 7e50187 on ngrx:master.
