What is the current behavior?

The update script updates the version of NgRx dependencies, but does nothing with the Angular peer dependency version.
While preparing the NgRx v11 version, I forgot to update the Angular peer dependencies and this was recently fixed in #2843.

What is the new behavior?

The changes made within this PR, also updates the peer dependencies from @angular to the new version.

Does this PR introduce a breaking change?
